Is there a risk of contracting an STD from erotic massages?
Many clients ask us whether it’s possible to contract a sexually transmitted disease (STD) from an erotic massage.
Our answer: no!
As long as there is no penetration or exchange of fluids from the genital area (like oral sex), it is impossible to contract a sexually transmitted disease from an erotic massage.
Erotic massage: the 100% safe alternative to STDs
The contact between non-genital body parts does not involve any special secretions through which these diseases can be transmitted.
In terms of infection risk, an erotic massage is as dangerous as shaking someone’s hand—just to give you an idea.
For this reason, kisses, hugs, caresses… even mutual masturbation are considered risk-free practices for people with sexually transmitted diseases.
As for us, at Tantra Luxury we always guarantee the strictest hygiene measures. Everything is done to maintain the quality of the service and, most importantly, to ensure our masseuses are in good health.
STD symptoms and treatments
How do I know if I have an STD?
Get tested—simple as that.
Most STDs don’t show obvious symptoms at first glance.
That means it’s impossible to know if you have one, which increases the risk of unknowingly spreading it through unprotected sex.
That’s why prevention is always better than cure.
What if I have pain or a rash in the genital area?
You might have an STD—or maybe not.
It could be an allergic reaction to new underwear or a rash from improper hair removal.
In any case, the best thing to do is visit a doctor if you have symptoms like pain, swelling, sores, pain while urinating, or genital bleeding (when you’re not on your period…).
Do STDs go away on their own?
Usually, no.
In fact, they’re much easier to treat in their early stages, as the problems tend to get more complicated over time. That’s why you should get tested at the first sign of anything unusual.
As for treatment, many sexually transmitted diseases can be cured with a simple prescription—just a few pills from your doctor. But this only works if the infection is caught in time.
Are the tests painful?
Generally, no. Most STD tests involve a urine sample. At most, you might need a blood test.
